The Red Carpet Event is a prom-like experience created especially for individuals with special needs, ages 16 and older. This special evening is all about celebrating our amazing guests, giving them the chance to dress up, walk the red carpet, and dance the night away.
It’s a night filled with music, dancing, and joyful memories — all in a safe, welcoming environment created just for them.

This event is free for all attendees, but registration is required.

Volunteer Opportunity: The Red Carpet Event
As a volunteer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring this event is a success. You'll help our guests feel celebrated and appreciated while creating an atmosphere filled with excitement and support.
Volunteer Roles:
⭐ Red Carpet Greeters – Welcome guests as they arrive, helping them get into the spirit of the evening with a warm, friendly greeting.
⭐ Dancing & Music Assistants – Help guests enjoy the dance floor by ensuring they’re comfortable, having fun, and participating in activities.
⭐ Event Support – Help with various tasks such as guiding guests, cheering them on when they enter the carpet, to ensuring they have everything they need, and creating a fun, inclusive environment.
Volunteer registration is required to help us make sure we have everything covered.
